Event No. 2 of “30 Minutes with the ISP” focused on three words characterizing Naypyitaw: “hollowed-out,” “corrosion,” and “stormy.” The discussion began with an exploration of Naypyitaw’s throne superstructures-encompassing the state, regime, institutions, and leadership-which have become hollowed-out following the coup.
